A HypnoBirthing course can be booked from 14 weeks of pregnancy up to 39 weeks, ideally 20-30 weeks. But regardless of how many weeks you are a course can be arranged to suit your time scale and availability, just call for a chat.
I understand that couples have individual circumstances and differing financial situations so please call me to discuss payment terms and individual needs. There is no obligation and it is a pleasure to help in anyway possible.
Courses are 12 ½ hours in total either in a small class held in a relaxing comfortable home environment or you could book a private course, which can also take place in your own home. Ideally you should aim to complete the course by 37 weeks. If possible start the course around 28 weeks, which will give you plenty of practice time. However couples have had intensive private courses at 39 weeks and as a result had wonderful calm and comfortable births using HypnoBirthing techniques so whatever your situation please call me to discuss options.
The course costs £200 per couple including the HypnoBirthing Book and CD and other course material. If you would like private classes the cost is £350 and they can take place in your own home if you prefer.
